• Order details (the items you bought, any personalisation text, uploaded artwork, and order status)

How we use it

• To process, print, fulfil and ship your orders.
• To provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
• To show your order status when you use the order lookup pages and to respond to support requests.

Payments

Payments are handled securely by our payment partner, Cashfree. We do not collect or store your full card details on our own systems. Cashfree processes your payment information under its own privacy and security practices.

Cookies & local storage

Your shopping cart is stored locally in your own browser using localStorage so your selections persist between visits on that device. This data stays in your browser; you can clear it any time through your browser settings.

Data sharing

We share your information only with service providers needed to operate the store and complete your order, including our hosting and storage provider, shipping/courier partners, and payment processor. We never sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep order, contact and uploaded-artwork information while needed to fulfil your order, provide support, and meet legal, accounting and tax obligations. Deletion and anonymisation requests are handled manually, subject to information we must retain by law.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information held by us. To make a request, email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. Some information may be retained where we are legally required to keep it.
