Every Namma3D product is 3D-printed to order, so each item is made fresh once you place your order. Please allow a short processing window before dispatch.
Printing typically takes 2–6 business days before your order leaves our workshop. The exact lead time depends on the product, its size and finish — the precise per-product lead time is always shown on the product page so you know what to expect before checkout.
Domestic shipping (within India)
We ship across India to serviceable PIN codes. After your order is printed and dispatched, delivery usually takes a further 3–7 business days depending on your location, with metros generally arriving sooner than remote areas.
- Orders are dispatched once printing and quality checks are complete.
- A tracking link and courier details are shared by email and SMS as soon as your order is dispatched.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary during peak periods, holidays or due to courier delays.
International shipping
International delivery is available on request and carries an additional shipping charge that varies by destination country and parcel weight. This charge is not included in the price shown on the website.
Please email us before you order. If you are outside India, write to [email protected] before placing your order so we can confirm that we ship to your country and quote the additional shipping cost.
Orders placed for international delivery without prior confirmation may be cancelled and refunded, since we cannot guarantee delivery or the correct shipping charge in those cases.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email and SMS. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to show its first scan after dispatch. If your tracking has not updated for several days, get in touch and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
